Only by living in this very moment, right now, in this instant, can our lives have any beauty or meaning. I once read the lines, "Who sees all beings in his own self, and his own self in all beings, loses all fear", written under a picture of Beethoven. Those words literally sent shivers up my spine and woke me up. I became aware that there was a spiritual dimension to my life. Once, during a meditation, I touched that very moment, that spiritual dimension and fell into the universe where I was caught and held by the Divine and saw all beings in my own self and my own self in all beings. Many years later, I had forgotten that moment and fallen asleep again. By studying meditation, learning to awaken my Light Body and to channel my guides as well as becoming a Reiki Master and healer, I learned how to reach and find that very moment again and how to hold that moment by allowing it to become me.
We all have those moments where we are touched by something utterly Divine and are transported out of this world. Nature, art and the universe stirs something deep within us and whispers to our soul. "Wake up", "You are safe", "You are loved", "You are eternal", "You are divine". Awakening your Light Body.
What is the Light Body?
Your light body is the spiritual shimmer that is the next evolutionary step for humanity. Your light body is a new energy body, a part of your aura that it was not possible to awaken before the new, higher energies came to the earth plane. It is your aura as it exists in the higher dimensions of your soul. Some have called these the Causal, Buddhic, Nirvanic, Intuitional and Soul dimensions. As you awaken your light body it is like having a new kind of vision. You will be able to see, sense and feel the higher, more beautiful energies of the higher dimensions and make them more a part of your everyday life.
Awakening your light body creates a level of harmony between all your energy bodies, aligning your physical, emotional, and mental energy bodies so that your spiritual shimmer is activated. To align your energy bodies you will work with the seven vibrational energy body centres that affect them. (These are not chakras).
