Holistic Healing is a combination of complementary therapies, guidance from the Angels and spiritual healing. By treating the Mind, Body and Spirit you achieve a Holistic approach to the stresses and strains of everyday life, and can create a balance in your life to allow the natural abundance to flow. Many organisations treat one or the other, but not many treat all three.
By connecting all my skills and training as a Holistic Practitioner, I can help you to help your body to heal itself. An example of this is the effect that stress has on our bodies.

An excess of stress in our lives can cause stomach disorders, headaches, fatigue and anxiety attacks. These are the physical symptoms of stress. By treating the mind we can work out what is causing the stress and find ways to reduce or even eliminate it. By treating the body we can find ways to alleviate the symptoms, and by treating the spirit we can help to remove blockages in the aura and chakras to allow the energy to flow smoothly again and to let new energy and ideas in, to keep us calm and collected.

Therefore, for the mind we have Angelic guidance - this consists of me connecting with your angels to find out any messages they have for you to help you on your life's journey - I do this through angel oracle cards and direct connection to the angels who are with you. There is also a selection of books, CD's and other spiritual products available to purchase to expand your mind and knowledge.

For th body we have aromatherapy products including massages if you live in the Reading, Berkshire, UK area - and a range of Angel Chakra© Jewellery to uplift and inspire you whenever you wear it.

For the Spirit we have healing sessions that consist of connecting to the angels that are with you and accessing their healing energies in order to remove any debris in your aura and to balance your chakras. I act as a channel for these energies, to balance your spirit in all ways.

It is in this way that you benefit from a whole body treatment, as the mind is connected to both the body and the spirit, I feel that if you treat one, you should treat the others too.
