My aim at Breakfree Counselling is to give you the opportunity to explore and understand the problems you are experiencing. In a safe, non-judgemental environment you will gain the confidence to start being in control of your life.

Contact me to arrange an assessment session where we will discuss your problems and your aims and expectations of counselling. If you then decide to continue with counselling, we will have regular sessions at least once a week, each lasting 50 minutes. Some issues can be worked through in only a few sessions, whilst others will take longer. You will know when you are ready to end counselling.

We will explore the difficulties you are experiencing, what you would like to change and the action you need to take to achieve this.
