Description
Wendy Turner, Hypnothrapy

I am a qualified full time Clinical Hypnotherapist and member of the General Hypnotherapy Register working in the Sussex area.
My approach is very flexible and adaptable to each individual. With me you will get more than Hypnotherapy as I am dedicated to continually developing my skills and learning new ones that I can integrate into my practice; ensuring maximum benefit and success for you.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective way of helping many emotional and physical issues. It is so effective because it can identify and heal the underlying cause of the issue, so Hypnosis does more than just ease symptoms.

Hypnotherapy can successfully help many issues including:

  • Shyness
  • Confidence and self esteem
  • Overcoming fears and phobias
  • Relationship issues
  • Weight control and smoking cessation
  • Reducing stress levels
  • Depressive symptoms
  • Anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia
  • Easing physical pain
  • Womens issues
These are just a few areas I can help you with, using safe and
natural techniques.

Past Life Regression

I specialise in Past life regression. It is my aim to help people appreciate and experience the wonderful benefits it can produce. It is a fascinating experience for both client and therapist and a useful tool for gaining insight into yourself.

In addition to exploring your past lives, it is also possible to go further back in your present life. For example, exploring the time in your mother's womb and karmic connections with your parents. Going between lives is also fascinating and insightful. These explorations reveal such questions as 'why am I in this particular family' and 'what is the purpose of my present life.'

How Is it useful?
It is possible to explore your past lives purely out of interest. You can also have an issue that you wish to explore and resolve. The purpose is to uncover and heal negative patterns and prevent them from being repeated in this lifetime. Although you will not know if specific issues originate from any past lives, you will always uncover a past life that will be useful to you and that needs healing.

What if it was a traumatic life?
It is more important to uncover unhappy or traumatic events in past lives as they may already be affecting your current one in some way. There are ways to ensure that you can relive a difficult past life while being detached from any unhappy emotions.

Do I need to believe in past lives?
You do not have to believe in past lives to benefit from the experience. Some people believe that their past life experience is the subconscious giving them important information through images and stories. The most important question should be 'does it help' instead of 'do we really have past lives?'
